1. Driveway – re-graveled/leveled (ideally paved).
2. Concrete parking bumpers (replacing rotting logs).
3. Back door re-hung – slipping logs supported.
4. Porch sprayed with weather proof finish.
5. Engineering inspection of “Center” building.
6. Chapel – Inspection repair suggestions for pyramid – repairs started.
7. Electrification of pyramid chapel/installation of lighting and ac/heater unit.
8. Repair and replacement of sub floor structure under down stairs bathroom n/east corner of “Center”.
9. Replacement of or elimination of several trees in orchard.
10. Refinish floor in “Center”.
11. Refrigerator replaced.
12. Complete roof repairs around laundry room ceiling and upstairs.
13. Repair/renew/stain two leather chairs in “Center”.
14. Hire church musician – estimate $35/week
15. Repair existing light fixture in “Center” and add new ones.
16. Dome outside surface cleaned.
17. Refurbish and refinish kitchen counters.
18. Purchase ten matching chairs for dome chapel.
